개인정보 처리방침

Imomo(이하 "운영자")는 언어한입(Langbite) 앱(패키지 com.langbite.app, 이하 "앱")을 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 이 방침에 따라 처리합니다. 토스 앱 안에서 제공되는 언어한입 미니앱은 미니앱 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

• 회원 식별, 로그인 유지, 여러 기기 사이 학습 기록 동기화
• 업로드 자료 분석, 문제·학습 로드맵 생성, 채점과 복습 추천
• 발음·말하기 평가와 음성 합성(듣기 문제)
• 프로필·라운지·랭킹 등 공개 기능 제공
• 오류 조사, 보안 점검, 부정 이용 방지, 문의 응대

3. Google 계정 정보

이용자가 Google 로그인을 고르면 Google은 기본 로그인 범위(openid, email, profile)의 정보만 앱에 보냅니다. 앱은 Gmail, 드라이브, 연락처, 캘린더 같은 다른 Google 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.

• 받는 정보: Google 계정 고유 식별자, 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진 주소
• 쓰는 곳: 로그인과 회원 식별, 여러 기기 사이 학습 기록 연결, 계정 화면의 로그인 이메일 표시, 계정 문의 때 본인 확인. 이름과 프로필 사진 주소는 로그인 정보와 함께 저장되지만 앱 프로필이나 공개 화면에는 쓰지 않습니다.
• 저장: 회원 인증 위탁 업체(Supabase)의 인증 데이터베이스에 암호화된 연결로 저장합니다.
• 공유: Google 계정 정보는 판매하지 않고, 광고나 AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않으며, 회원 인증 위탁 외에는 제3자에게 넘기지 않습니다.
• 삭제: 앱에서 계정을 삭제하면 Google 계정 정보도 즉시 삭제됩니다. Google 계정 설정에서 언어한입 연결을 해제할 수도 있지만, 연결을 끊어도 앱 계정과 학습 기록은 남으므로 데이터 삭제는 앱의 계정 삭제를 이용해 주세요.

Google API로 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Limited Use 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 기기 권한

아래 권한은 해당 기능을 쓸 때만 요청하며, 거부해도 다른 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.

• 카메라: 교재 촬영, 문서 스캔, 프로필 사진 촬영
• 마이크: 발음 연습, 말하기 문제 녹음
• 사진·파일: 문서 팩용 사진·PDF 선택, 프로필 사진 선택

5. 보관 기간과 파기

개인정보는 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 때까지 보관합니다. 앱에서 계정을 삭제하면 로그인 계정과 프로필, 학습 기록, 문서 팩이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 서버에 저장된 파일(프로필 사진, 녹음 파일 등)과 백업·운영 로그에 남은 정보는 30일 안에 삭제됩니다. 관계 법령이 보관을 요구하는 정보는 그 기간 동안 따로 보관합니다. 삭제 방법은 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.

6. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡기며, 이 업체들의 서버는 대한민국 밖(미국 등)에 있을 수 있습니다. 개인정보는 서비스 이용 중 암호화된 네트워크로 전송되며, 계정 삭제 또는 위탁 계약 종료 때까지 보관됩니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 프로필은 앱에서 직접 고칠 수 있고, 계정 삭제는 앱의 마이 → 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 바로 할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 본인 확인 뒤 지체 없이 처리합니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

• 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 비밀번호 암호화 저장
• 데이터베이스 행 단위 접근 제한(RLS)과 서버 전용 키 분리
• 기기에 저장하는 로그인 정보는 운영체제 보안 저장소에 보관
• 불필요한 개인정보 기록 최소화와 오류 로그 점검

9. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만임을 알게 되면 해당 계정을 삭제합니다.

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안 공지로 알립니다.

Data we collect

• Account: email address, password (stored hashed), an app-generated device identifier.
• Google Sign-In: Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture URL.
• Profile: nickname, public handle, bio, profile photo, follows, lounge posts and replies.
• Learning data: language, level and goals, progress, answers, XP, streaks, word lists, credit usage.
• Uploads: PDFs, photos and scans you upload, the text extracted from them and the packs built from them.
• Voice: recordings made in pronunciation and speaking practice, and their analysis.
• Diagnostics: error logs, access times, app and device environment, rate-limit records.

How we use it

To sign you in and sync your learning across devices, generate questions and roadmaps from your uploads, grade answers and recommend reviews, assess pronunciation and speaking, synthesize audio, run public profile and lounge features, and investigate errors and abuse.

Google user data

With Google Sign-In the app requests only the basic openid, email and profile scopes and never accesses Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data. The Google account ID and email address are used to sign you in, identify your account, link your learning records across devices, show your sign-in email on the account screen and verify you when you contact us. Your name and profile picture URL are stored with the sign-in record but are not used in your app profile or any public screen. This data is stored in the authentication database of our sign-in processor (Supabase) over encrypted connections. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or AI model training, or share it with third parties beyond that processor. Deleting your account in the app deletes it immediately; you can also remove Langbite from your Google account permissions.

Langbite's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties. We use these processors, whose servers may be outside Korea (for example, in the United States): Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), Railway (API hosting, logs), Cloudflare R2 (profile photos, synthesized audio), OpenAI and OpenRouter (question and feedback generation, speech recognition), fal.ai (speech recognition and synthesis), Microsoft Azure Speech (speech synthesis, pronunciation assessment) and Google (Google Sign-In).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete your account. Deleting it in the app (My → Settings → Delete account) immediately removes your sign-in account, profile, learning records and document packs. Stored files (profile photos, recordings) and information left in backups and operational logs are deleted within 30 days. Security, children and contact

Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, database rows are access-controlled, and sign-in tokens on your device are kept in the operating system's secure storage. The app is not directed to children under 14. For questions or requests, email support@langbite.app.
